I've set up my parent account, but I haven't been able to get a email confirmation sent to me.
Hope there is some way someone can help me.

I was able to fix it by clicking on the upgrade to Teacher Account. I'm a Homeschooling parent, so it makes sense that I was prompted to ugrade to teacher. I was then finally able to successfully resend the email confirmation & confirm my email.

Hi- I'm new to the PowerSchool community and could use some help with similar issue as I never received an email for me to confirm my parent account.
I will be happy to look into this with you. Will you please provide more details such as the type of account. Is this for an account where you can view your student's grades and other information, enrolling your student in the second half of the school year or next school year, or are you home schooling your student?
