We completed EOY processes and completed our master schedules. Students can view their schedules via the web site, but the mobile app shows no classes. It shows the 20-21 year. I have removed and reinstalled the mobile app on my phone with the same results

We recommend checking if the reporting term setup is done right with all the schools. If not, after setting the reporting terms, make sure to resubmit all the schools in the school/schools info page in the district.
Also make sure School Setup - Parent/Student Access is updated, as well as, Quick Lookup preferences for the new year.
Sorry all 3 replies went to my junk email. Anyways, later that afternoon the classes populated in the mobile app.

I had this same issue and found that I had not setup the Final Grade/Reporting Term Setup. Once that was setup, classes appeared. SO many steps to set up the new year!
