Can't long in to My Parent portal

I am unable to long into my parent portal. I have tried to change password but it is saying that the user name is wrong, then I clicked forgot user name, got that and tried changing the password and it said user name is wrong again. Is there a issue with the system today? Or am I doing something wrong because I am putting the correct information.

I have the same problem, since last year I'm trying to fix this problem, my daughter school does not help me on that. I think powerschool is a poor system Wish they could come up with something more efficient.

If you are getting the Invalid Username or Password error on the Sign Page then I recommend reviewing this article for troubleshooting it further. If this does not help you then I recommend reaching out to the administrators of your school district who should be able to assist you further with this or connect to the PowerSchool Support team to look further into your issue.

School Administrator here.... I have a parent in my office with this exact problem.  I have changed her password, and had her log in to her parent portal which she did without issue.  We removed the app and readded it.  We have cleared her browser history twice, and I have verified that all school settings are allowing parents to use the mobile app.  I put myself on a student and can see that student in my mobile app.  So far, this is the only parent that its effecting (I'm expecting not).

 

For my situation, we changed from hosted to self-hosted and I've had to have parents log out and log back in or uninstall and reinstall the app.  This is the first time that it hasn't helped.  Clearly there is something that can block access but I cannot identify what it is.  Hopefully this will help us find resolution.
