ADA/ADM for pre enrolled studenets

Hello,

I need to know how I can get a ADA/ADM for pre enrolled students.

If a student isn't actively enrolled yet do they really have ADA/ADM?

If the student is not actively enrolled, there is not an ADA/ADM count? So How can I get a ADA/ADM count for reporting reasons?

In my experience no there is not ADA/ADM (avg daily attendance or membership) for a student who is pre-registered. Unless I am misunderstanding, a student who has not yet started attending has no attendance and therefore no ADA/ADM. PS has ADA/ADM reports on the admins side (you posted this in the mobile forum) under Start Page > System Reports > System tab. There are also data access tags that allow you to pull this information and those are in the data access tags supplement.

If you are not a PS admin user you may need to reach out to the school district for assistance.
