I have a student who is enrolled in 2 classes. She entered the student code for one, and then accidentally entered the parent code in for the other one. How can I switch her account from parent to student?
Can someone please answer this for me???? I am a paying customer, this appears to be my only means of technical support, and I need this issue resolved.
You should have an option to remove a user from your roster (Manage > Remove from Roster). Then they can join as a student. Please let me know if you need additional assistance with this.
