Rights to create a session

One of our Directors needs access to create courses and sections.  How can she have the rights to do so?

To assist you further, would you please confirm the name of the PowerSchool product you are using to create courses and sections?  It would be along the lines of PowerSchool Performance Matters, Unified Talent Professional Learning, Schoology, etc.

Thank you for the follow-up!

You should be able to create a new course and submit it for approval as a  Course Requester by following the steps mentioned below:

1. Click Propose a Course in the tabs along the top of the screen.
2. Click New Instructor-Led Course, New PLC Learning Opportunity, or New Self-Paced Learning Opportunity, depending on your requirement course on the right side of the screen.

You should be able to create one course with multiple sections depending on your preference to manage one or separate rosters. 

1. One way is having one course and one section and then adding separate 'Class times'  for the additional sessions under the Section, clicking Manage Class Times.
2. Another way is to just have the course with multiple sections in the course and adding new sections allows for new instructors to participate as well.
