I have a solo teacher account. When my students try to "register," the link does not work. Suggestions?

I reached out to gather some more information on your followup. The current workaround for now would be to either:
1) Have the student create a solo teacher account and he/she can use that to sign up for the class, or
2) When in the signup/registration page, open up the html interface developer tools on your browser (ctrl/shift/i) , choose the console tab and enter this command: Element.toggle('new_account').
Please let me know if either solution proves to be successful and once the issue has been resolved by our Development Team normal functionality should be restored.

Since this is a feature that’s not currently working as expected, we recommend in the meantime opening a support request to report your particular instance to our Development Team. I'm having this same issue as well and am happy to fill out a support request. However, the course I'm running begins in a few days. While I wait for the link to be fixed, can students create a new account via the main mylearning.powerschool.com account setup page and then go back to the invitation link/code?

The toggle command works, but students are not in the classroom with me and will not be able to do that.

Our students are having difficulty activating their accounts. They have their invitation code and link. As soon as they click on the blue Register...I don't have an account, the system freezes and they are unable to activate.
Please advise. What is the problem?

"register" link no longer works. Student can no longer register and thus access online classroom. Unable to find anything to actually contact someone about it.

Do you guys have any idea how bad this is? It makes whole thing completely unfunctional with students unable to access classroom.
Also looks like other people have reported the issue a while back and the fact that issue still is ongoing is astonishing.

I opened a support ticket some time ago. We are having to manually create accounts for students using the Element.toggle('new_account') workaround. But it's time consuming to the point where it's becoming a job in itself.
I've been told the registration fix will be part of an update due sometime this summer. Can we get an estimated date?

Our development team is actively working on getting a fix for the registration issue out for an upcoming release, but as of right now we don't have an ETA.
As soon as we have more information, we will be sure to communicate it out here so that everyone is aware of when to expect the fix to be live.

I am not seeing that this fix has been deployed as of Sun Aug 5 at 2:30pm EST. The workaround in toggle mode does not seem to work in the Mac OS environment, so I am stuck trying to set up the account for my new student.
Is there an update on when this will be deployed given it was supposed to have been done on Saturday?

It will not let me students Register still. If my students have a log in prior to this they have no issues. Please help!!
