Periods/ blocks left off when printing report cards

Help! I went to print report cards and 1st block was not on report cards. How do I fix this?

For us to assist you further would you please confirm if you are trying to print the report cards from the Admin side or PowerSchool Parent Portal? Would you also elaborate on what are you trying to achieve? And what do you mean by 1st block?
