Getting complains from parents with multiple students. When they log into the lms, the classes are not separated out between students....like it is on the sis portal. One parent has about 18 classes she has to sort through and is getting frustrated. Email notifications do not mention the student either from the lms. Is there an option somewhere to differentiate between class associated to different students?

I think we are going to try separate accounts tied to one student only for the time being.
Are you on Learning or Unified? On Learning it gives us the drop down which allows a parent to navigate between kids. Even notifications are split up by child name/grade level.

Learning, where in the world is the drop down menu. We don't see it.
It is next to the My Classes label. Lists even one child.
there it is, who'd have thunk that little drop down did that, we weren't shown any of the parent stuff in training
You know...I assumed you use PowerSchool SIS. Chances are it syncs this way for us since our SIS is also PS. Not sure about other SIS databases since I know PSL works with others too.
