Would you please confirm that you are using PowerSchool Special Programs?
If so, the "#IF_EDITANDUSER InAnyOfSecurityGroups('PowerSchool') means that the page is only editable if the person is in the "PowerSchool" security group.
Would you please elaborate on the action that you are trying to perform and the issue that you are facing?
