There can be multiple reasons on getting this server error, one of them being a SSO misconfiguration which needs to be addressed by PowerSchool Support to verify the SSO settings in Manage Org. We recommend that you reach out to the Designated Support Contact of your district informing them about the issue so that they can work with the support team to have a look at the system setup.
