I have a teacher whose powerschool website on the login screen now says translator login on her screen and for some reason her classes are blank when she signs into her Powerschool. Not sure where the translator screen came from. Any ideas of how to remove that or what is wrong with her settings to cause this?

To assist you further, would you please let us know if they are seeing this on the teacher's portal after they've been logged out due to inactivity?
They can also try enabling the javascript on the browser or try a different browser to log in again and see if this is still an issue. You could also try inactivating the teacher to add the credentials again and verify.
