Linked Sections

We are having trouble with sections in PowerSchool Learning classes linked to sections in the PowerSchool SIS.  When there are changes in the roster, students removed from the class are dropped from the PSL section roster, but students added to the section in the SIS are not added to the section in PSL section.   I have started a case but support has not been helpful so far.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I see that our PowerSchool Learning Support team has escalated the issue you are having with sections in PowerSchool Learning classes linked to sections in the PowerSchool SIS and is working on it.  I recommend continuing working with us through the case so that we can take a wider look at your setup and troubleshoot the issue for you.

I also encourage other members to share their insights if they have experienced the same.
