LEarning - Assignments not working

Hi All,

 

The assignments is not working in Learning. We can't create/edit an assignment, can't access or view the existing assignment submissions. Getting an error page - "Oops ! We are a bit tangled up" for all these pages.

We are having the same problem. Started getting reports last night around 7:30Pm Eastern. I reached out to support and got no response. Can anyone from Powerschool comment on this?

Our entire online school (teachers and parents) have this problem.  We have put in complaints (case #s) and have no response.  This is ridiculous.  They should have posted something about this by now.

@gachro The PS learning team appears to work on California time and so far, they haven't been on-duty during the weekends. From the close of business on Friday until Monday morning, we're on our own when they have failures.

Yes, we are experiencing the same in England.

I can confirm that everything "activities" related is not functioning for us in the Netherlands. 

 

This appears to be anything "Activities" related including assignments, discussions.

 

In the past these issues have not been resolved until California wakes up. @jbidk -- can you give us a timeline?

@jbidk We do not use rubrics on any of our items in PS Learning but we are not able to access any "Activities."

 

Is it that any item where rubrics are possible are affected?
