How do I apply standards to a quiz if there is no attempt

I have standards applied to a quiz and students who take it can be reviewed and standards can be assigned.

For students who did not take the quiz, I would like to assign a zero to those standards to indicate it is missing, however, there does not appear to be a way to do that until an attempt is made to take the quiz.

How do I do this?

Unfortunately, the standards are designed in a way that student should take the quiz if you need to assign a zero to standards. 

If you would like to have the feature in Learning, I recommend sharing your idea in PowerSchool Ideas Portal. The Product team reviews all suggestions that are shared to determine the ability to implement the feature.
