Hello. My small, Independent school uses only the Powerschool LMS. In grades 9-12 we use the gradebook visible to students so they can see their grades at all times; however, in our lower school grades the teachers do use the gradebook feature but do not want the gradebooks visible to students and parents. Is there a way to turn that feature "off" for some of the school but not all? It looks like the lower school students (and therefore their parents) can see the list of gradebooks that teachers have created, though it doesn't appear that any actual assignment are visible. Is there a way to turn that off completely so that the lists of gradebooks are not visible to students at all (but so that teachers can still use the feature)?

Your can turn off access for the students and parents so they can't log in. (Especially if its just one school district.) If your school is a separate school within the district, you can Disable Access to Parent Poral.
