One of our teachers gets the following error when trying to grade sync from Canvas to PowerSchool. Any idea how to troubleshoot?

It looks like Canvas doesn't have the right credentials to request the token. I recommend reaching out to the Designated Support contact within the district who should be able to create a case with the PowerSchool Support team on your behalf so that our support team can take a closer look to determine the cause of the issue and provide you a resolution via the case.
