I've been going through and pulling exports of teachers' courses using the exporting tool and I'm encountering an issue during the download phase.
The tool processes the course and I get a 'Status: Complete' message and the 'Download' prompt gets enabled. When I go to download the file (the one I just tried was 56.9 mb) it downloads the entire file and then stops, and a 'Failed - File incomplete' message appears. If I click 'Resume' or 'Retry', I get a new error message that says 'Failed - Server Problem'.
Any ideas as to why this is happening or how to fix it? I'm trying to get as much data captured as possible before the platform shuts down and this has been a pretty consistent speedbump.
