Export button disabled for Teachers

In PS learning the Export button is disabled for Teachers. I checked the settings and can't find anything related to it. Please help.

PowerSchool Learning Support team helps with enabling this Export option for teachers since this differs according to situations and requirements.  We recommend reaching out to the PowerSchool Learning Support team by submitting a case and having them assist you further.

We resolved the issue. Export button is enabled for only those classes owned by a teacher. The class we checked was not that teacher's class, he was only a co-teacher. The export worked for the class created by him.
