Cant log back in

When I have Powerschool and Powerschool Pro open and they time out, if I try to log back in on Powerschool Pro, I get the message that I've already logged in. I enter my password to sign in again, and it says: "You are already logged in." It will not let me in. I must close the screen and log in again through Powerschool. Login through Pro after timeout has never worked for me. Am I doing something wrong?

You can get logged out or session time-out if you are logging in to PowerSchool SIS as Admin and into the PowerTeacher Pro as Teacher at the same time. The system does not allow you to log in as Admin and teacher at the same time on the browser. So you can either log in at different timings or use the incognito mode to log into one of the portals at the same time and check if that lets you log in.
