Assignment Annotation- Moxtra

We have a few teachers that have run into an issue where they cannot annotate an assignment with Moxtra.  This is when they are using the latest Chrome Browser.  It works in other browsers.  Is there anything in the Chrome Browser that may prevent this from running?  We removed all the extensions

To assist you further with this, I would like to gather more information. Would you please clarify a few of my questions regarding the issue such as the following:

1. What device(s) are teachers using when they experience this issue? 
2. Do the teachers find the browser keeps freezing or the Annotation tool disappears when using Moxtra with Chrome Browser?

3. Are the teachers enabling the full-screen mode when using the Chrome Browser?

I also recommend having the teachers clear Cache & Cookies within the Chrome browser. I have provided a link below that should guide the teachers in clearing Cache & Cookies in Chrome and other common browsers.
