Annotate from Ipad?

Can a teacher not annotate from the ipad in learning? Works fine from a desktop but he would rather have the option on the ipad. It shows annotate on the ipad...but has a triangle/exclamation mark  next to it. He is using chrome. thanks.

Moxtra Assignment Annotator allows users to annotate on touchscreen devices with some limitations. You should be able to view and annotate on the iPad in the web version of PowerSchool Learning but not on the iPad App.
