Ok. It seems to be back online.
Powerschool really needs to work on some sort of emergency email notifications to domains when a server connection fails. We are in the Gulf so Sunday is a working day.
Ok...so it looks like its a Cloudflare issue. Since Learning (and other services) use CloudFlare as a security shell something is happenig with that which is causing the disruption.
