Grades for Google Forms attached to Powerschool Learning as assignments

I have attached Google Forms to Powerschool Learning as assignments.  Problem is, they do not get graded.  The students complete the forms, but when they hand it in all I get back is a blank, ungraded form.  What am I doing wrong?

In order to troubleshoot this issue further, we will have to look into your setup and how you are linking your Google Forms to the Learning Assignments. In order to protect your data privacy, I recommend reaching out to the Learning Support team who should be able to access your site and assist you further with this.
