The user has forgotten the password and we are trying to recover by using the temporary password link. We sent the temp email but the mailbox was full and the email didn't get received. Mailbox was cleared to receive new emails but now, the system will not send a second temporary email.

If you continue to experience difficulties resetting your password for your Enrollment account, I recommend reaching out to your child's school to request assistance resetting your password. The school can confirm the email address associated with your Enrollment account as well as help resetting the password for your Enrollment account.
