A commonly overlooked section of the form is the Asthma section on the Medical page. If you have indicated that your student(s) have asthma, you will also be required to enter the Last Attack that the student had, as well as whether a rescue inhaler should be kept at the school for emergencies. Once you complete these fields, you should be able to submit your form successfully.

No, still not working for me (no asthma). I went through your other suggestions to other people as well and none of those worked for me either. Any other suggestions?

I'm sorry you are continuing to experience difficulty submitting your child's registration form. I recommend reaching out to PowerSchool Enrollment Support to review your child's registration form to determine the steps that are needed to submit the registration form successfully.
A case can be created with Enrollment Support by selecting Contact Support at the top of any page in the Community and choosing Contact Support within the Enrollment product section. You can also create a case with Enrollment Support using this direct link.
I reached out to the Help desk and they simply told me that it is a District problem and I basically just have to wait until they figure it out. *shrug*
I am having the same issues it says "Review your form below, click on each field marked "Required" or "Invalid Format", and complete or correct your information." even though I have checked all day and have found nothing. I am auditioning for ASFA if that helps! I have reviewed all replies through this discussion and others and none have helped so far. Please I need some asistance!

I am sorry you are having difficulties submitting the enrollment form to your school district. School districts require some fields to be completed to submit Enrollment forms. If you are attempting to complete a required field, but the field remains greyed-out, this means that the field is a Read-Only field. These fields are intended to be completed with information from your school district’s database, and thus are not able to be changed.

If you are still unable to submit the registration form, I suggest reaching out to your school district's registration department who will be able to assist you in submitting the form.
