A field that is commonly overlooked when completing an Enrollment form is the question "Has this student ever attended school before?", which should be located on the "New Student" page of your form. Depending on your answer to this question, it may require you to complete more fields that will appear once you've answered this question. After you've completed these fields, you should be able to submit your form.

I'm having the same problem. I've been through the form 6 times and nothing is missing so I don't understand what is wrong. Is there another registration option??

The forms that we create are based on the requirements of your district, so whatever form your district is requiring you to complete is the form you will need to submit. As for your form, are you receiving any error messages when attempting to submit it?
Same problem here. Been at it for 2 hours, trying to get this one form submitted and it keeps telling me that I am missing something... yet it won't tell me what. I've scoured over the forms time and again, and nothing shows as being left unfilled. I have four kids to register and after two hours I have yet to get even one child registered. Ridiculously frustrated.
The form does not make it CLEAR which item needs to be changed. It leaves us GUESSING...editing...changing info...wasting countless hours...
Is it possible that a missing item (NOT marked as required) is REQUIRED?
Is it possible my form is being rejected because we do not have 3 emergency contacts and it's REQUIRED?
I'm grasping at straws, and many others are too, which means this online form NEEDS improvement.
Still trying, 3 hours in. Have gone through and filled in every single box possible, multiple different ways, nothing works. Just tried to reach out to the live support center. Annnnnd they're closed at 3:30 on a weekday no less. Not only that but they have to be able to remote into your computer and view my screen to figure out what I haven't filled out, and I don't love that idea. At this point, no matter how long it may have taken to fill out the paperwork for four kids by hand, I at least would have been done FOREVER ago, compared to this 'faster easier' method now being employed by the school district. And no one has any answers to get this done.

A common issue that could be preventing you from submitting your form is that you've entered duplicate phone types for a contact. Each contact on your form can only have one of each phone type listed (Cell, Home, or Work). If you have two phone numbers listed that are both technically Cell phone numbers, changing one of the phone types to either Home or Work should resolve the issue. I would suggest making sure that there are no duplicated phone types on your form, as this should allow you to submit the form successfully.
