Unable to make parent account

I am trying to make a parent account and every time I enter in their information, it says that I can add both children. Information is invalid.
But I can log into their accounts.
It’s just a pain to log out and sign back in.
Please help.

• Are you able to access your parent account to add your children?
  • I have attached an article that will guide you through adding students to the parent portal. 
• If you are experiencing difficulties accessing your parent account, would you confirm if the school has sent you information regarding your account?
• Have you reached out to the school to confirm the email and username associated with your account?
• Are the children attending schools in the same school district?
• Have the children been added to another parent account?
