Each PS Enrollment form is restricted based on the requirements of your school district. If the form does not allow you to remove an Emergency Contact, it will need to be edited on the school district's end. You should be able to go ahead and submit the form, then contact your school to remove the contact on their end. However, I would suggest reaching out to your school district directly for further guidance on how they would like you to approach that situation.
