Please help!!!!! I have entered only contact information(both parents) on the Contacts section. I have a hard time in the priority section. We have only 2 contacts: one parent should be priority 1, the other should be priority 2, 3,4,5,6,7 or 8.
I had tried all combinations but nothing worked. I had filled out and signed the return registration application forms for my two children but I could not submit due to error in the priority section.

I would recommend assigning contacts priority starting from 3 then 4, 5, and so on. The article "Priority Page Error Message" elaborately describes the process of assigning priority to contacts.
If you still continue to face the issue, reaching out and creating a new case with the PowerSchool Enrollment Family Support team would be the best option. They will be happy to look into the issue and troubleshoot further.
