One child didn’t get a code

I only received a snap code for one of my children and I should have one for each of them correct?

You should receive one for each child. I did not receive one for may second child either.

Hi @Nikkismith11@letreat,

Snapcodes are student-specific identifying codes that are shared by your school district.  This means that each one of your children should receive a specific snapcode.

If you have not received snapcodes for each student, we recommend checking the spam/junk folder of your email account for any emails containing the snapcodes.

If you are unable to locate a child's snapcode, we recommend connecting with the school district.
