Once signed in there was no "forms" icon to click on

Once signed in there was no "forms" icon to click on

So i got the email. I have the step by step instructions. Yet once i am signed into my son's account the next steps in the directions are click on the "power school registration icon" then "agree to the terms and services" and click on "forms"... None of these things are there on the page. Anyone else have this issue ? My son is a returning student.
