Correction on Family Outreach Authorization Section

Is there a way I can go back into the registration form as I want to make a correction on the Family Outreach Authorization Section?

If the registration form has been submitted, you will want to reach out to the school to request the registration form is removed or opened again so you can add additional information by completing a new registration form.
