after completing the contact part when I hit next nothing happens it doesn't go to the next part. I checked to make sure all the required fields are filled in.

I am sorry you are having difficulties accessing the Enrollment form. Our Enrollment forms work best with Google Chrome or Firefox browser, I recommend using one of these internet browsers to access the form. I also suggest clearing the cache, browser history, and cookies of your internet browser. I have attached an article here that will help walk you through the following process. 

If you are still unable to move past the contacts page, I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment section of your school district who should be able to assist you in enrolling your child in school.
