I am sorry you are experiencing difficulties entering the snapcode on the website. I have attached an article here that will help walk you through a few troubleshooting steps for the same.
If you are still unable to enter the snapcode, I recommend reaching out to the Enrollment section of your school district who should be able to assist you in enrolling your child in school.
