I have completed and reviewed and still cannot submit forms. It seems it has to do with the electronic signature (only red marked) but it is signed but still won't submit. Very frustrating. Yesterday had trouble with transportation and it seemed to correct itself overnight.

same problem since Aug 2. when we started. 4 days, hours wasted. 5 hours just now and still won't take the application. it never tells you which part is wrong or not done.
what a stupid format too. never can tell which section is in need for input or edit. and half the time it doesn't even show all the sections until you go back the third time. maybe we flip a coin or get a tea leaf reading to find out.
and when we called Spring HS they gave us the 'we can't help' do it online response againn today.
we are not pleased as usual with the lack of user friendly services. great lessons for our children that the schools don't even want them.
Thank you for reaching out for assistance through the Community! I recommend reviewing all of the phone numbers listed as you cannot have duplicate numbers. If the same phone number is listed more than once anywhere within the form you will not be able to proceed with submitting the enrollment forms. I hope this information helps!
I am having the same issue. I tried for over an hour last night. Thought maybe the error would correct itself overnight. Used Chrome, cleared the browser, tried again. Switched to a different browser, same issue. I have combed through the form at least a dozen times. I have double checked to make sure that the mom and dad cell numbers are different, as well as the email addresses are different. The only thing that is red on my form is the electronic signature, which is filled out to yes. As I scroll through, every section that has required by it is filled in. I cannot for the life of me figure out where I am going wrong. I have scrolled thru the suggested reading you provided, and still can't figure it out. I will have a second person take a look at what I have filled in and see if they can find my error, because after several hours of searching, I cannot. I have never had this kind of an issue filling out the registration.

I have changed the email to a different email, I have re-typed the email again, I have eliminated the email for Parent 2. The actual email and the secondary email I am typing in are the actual email - I'm not sure how it is coming up as invalid.
I have also changed the Parent 2 work phone number as I had it listed as his cell number, still cannot submit. I have tried with both the son and the daughter to submit forms to no avail.
Thank you for providing this information! The invalid format is showing for the father secondary email address. It appears parent 2 (father) has two email addresses. If you are still experiencing issues once this section is reviewed, please let me know.
I have gone in to both kids, changed the email address to a different address (just in case our main one was the issue) removed the secondary email address, made sure his work number was on both kids, still cannot submit.
