What is the recommended image size when inserting an image into an answer choice field for item creation?

Thank you for your question about image sizes in Answer Choices. 

 

While we don't have a guideline for image sizes that is specific to answer choices in PowerSchool Assessment, I would personally recommend using the maximum dimensions suggested in the article for Creating a "Drag and Drop" Item. That article says that the maximum size of an image in the "Action Area" is 950 x 550 pixels.

 

After discussing this case with our PowerSchool Assessment Support Team, most agreed that while it's not a hard and fast limit for Answer Choices, 950 x 550 pixels is a good rule of thumb to stick to.
