Question
What fields and values can't be sent from PowerSchool Learning to my Aeries gradebook?
Answer
When you send Gradebook data to Aeries, the following information from PowerSchool Learning will not be included:
- Comments
- Published/Unpublished Status
- Categories
- Weighting
- Rubrics
- Dropbox files or messages
On the Aeries side, the following fields are not affected by the integration:
- Type
- Category
- Narrative Grading
- Assigned On
- Number Correct possible
- Grading Complete
- Visible to Portal
- Score Visible to Portal
- Drop Box
Remember also that changes made in Aeries do not push back to PowerSchool Learning.
