Unable to create a new case in Case Portal

When I try to create a new case in the case portal of the PowerSchool community, I am not able to do so. I get the following message: The survey URL appears to be corrupted.

It seems that PS is having intermittent issues with the case portal...They posted this yesterday:

 

We have received reports of intermittent issues with submitting cases through our Case Portal.

 

If you receive an error message or if you don't see that your case is displaying on the Case Portal, we recommend using another support option at this time. Please review your support options and availability through our article:

We will share updates through this post as we work toward a resolution.

Yesterday, PowerSchool received reports of intermittent issues with submitting cases through our Case Portal.  We have addressed the cause of the issue.  You should now be able to submit and view your cases through our Case Portal.  We apologize for the inconvenience this caused.

The case portal is working now. Moreover the case portal has new look and feel. This is the message from PS team- "We are thrilled to announce the relaunch of the Case Portal in PowerSchool Community! This redesign provides access to your frequently accessed resources like creating a case, launching chat support, or posting in one of our product’s forums, all in one place. The new case portal has been designed to streamline your experience, and improves your experience accessing support, from start to finish."
