We have students who aren't receiving the emails from P-Learning. Most students, and their parents, are receiving the class emails but some students aren't receiving anything. We have confirmed that their email addresses are correct in the system but they aren't receiving the emails. I'm new to this side of PS/PL so any advice would be appreciated.

You will need to check the suppression list, as the students' email sometimes gets suppressed by the system. This usually happens if they have marked a learning email as spam sometime in the past.
