I am using PowerSchool Learning at https://www.myhaikuclass.com.
And I am a brand new user; so please accept my apologies for any "newbie naivety".
I have imported a student roster from a csv file. However, several of my students accounts came in as their siblings who were already entered by other teachers.
It appears that student's email addresses must be unique. If this is the case, this is a huge problem! Parents frequently offer their email addresses while registering their children for our school; as many younger students don't even have their own email account yet.
Since this limitation makes the Haiku product extremely un-intuitive, and since I dont see other posts or knowledgebase articles complaining about this or offering workarounds, I must be doing something wrong.
Could someone please point me to documentation or a walkthrough specifically addressing the unique email address requirement?

PowerSchool Learning requires each student to have a unique email address to be associated with the student's PowerSchool Learning account. A separate email allows students to receive notification specific to each student's account. This is required so students do not receive notification for other students' information in PowerSchool Learning.
