When we upgraded to PowerSchool 12.0, the Quick Lookup feature changed. Student grades are not displayed initially. There is now an extra step to view grades. We have to click on the Standard Grades tab and then the Quick Lookup tab. Is this issue being fixed/addressed?

Based upon your description of the issues that you are seeing with the Quick Lookup page, it sounds like your school may have a customized version of the Quick Lookup page installed in PowerSchool. I would recommend reaching out to your school's technical contact to see if they can try disabling customizations temporarailly. If that doesn't seem to mitigate the issue, I would advise your technical contact to reach out to the PowerSchool SIS support team through our LiveAssist feature or over the phone.
