Is there any way to track the assignments turned in by the students/parents in PS Learning. I am referring to the case of parents not teachers-whether parents can track their wards assignments.This is especially for the case of LES students who need assistant from parents to submit assignments. But we are receiving a lot of queries regarding the tracking option of turned in assignments by the parents.
Can anyone suggest a solution for this?

The parent would need to create a PowerSchool Learning account and link their student to track the assignments turned in by the students/parents in PS Learning.
We already have parents accounts in Learning. The problem is that the parents don't know if their child has turned things in and how they are doing. Because ES students aren't completely independent as MS and HS students are, we need an intermediate solution for support. Just trying to figure out how to work around so that teachers can easily manage this. Right now, they are spending hours following up with parents because the students 'forgot' to press send or submit correctly.
Parents can view pretty much the student can in PowerSchool Learning. But the Parent can not "submit" assignments for the student. If the parent needs to submit assignments you may want to see if parents can use the student login. I recommend going through the article attached.

Is there any easy way that students can see whether their assignment is successfully handed in? The Elementary students mostly forget to press "Hand In" button. So,it has become a burden for teachers to follow up with parents and remind them to submit the assignment again. I hope you are getting my point. We are looking for an easy solution for this.

We can send reminders to students who have not yet submitted an Assignment through the Unsubmitted column of your Assignments area. I recommend reviewing the knowledge base article.
If you would like to have the feature to send alerts via email/ message to parents, I recommend submitting this idea in the PowerSchool Ideas Portal. There is a missing assignment plugin that can be added to the sis. If lms assignments are synced with pt pro....they'll have access to all assignments/due dates and also a convenient tab for those not turned in/graded. The plugin puts the tab in for teachers/parents/students accounts.
