PS aquiring Schoology

So what gives, according to the PS email...schoology is the best lms out there. So what will happen with PS Learning...are they going to merge the two? Hate to think us on PS Learning will have to settle with it when new customers will get something based on schoology.  Just curious about the plans for the current PS lms.
