Hi all -
We have had several reports of PS Learning not behaving quite right - as in formatting not saving or pages randomly getting re-organized - yesterday. I'd like to think this is a bigger issue than just us. Has anyone else seen this happening? We work on the Sunday - Thursday schedule so chances are it wasnt spotted/reported since it was happening on a weekend.
Any insights would be great. Issues have been reported to support.

I have 5 trouble tickets in since Friday with no response. We are having many of the same issues since Friday afternoon. They need to fix this or issue a statement as to what is going on.
Good to know we are not alone! This is our Middle School week without walls. So parents are expecting updates on those pages every day! Just the week for this stuff to be happening. 🙂 I have sent them 2-3 urgent tickets too. Hope we hear back from them by late evening today.

Also: The dasboard on Domain Control keeps going blank like this. Refreshing it a couple times brings data back. So yeah - all sort of wonky behaviour past couple of days.
We're having issues as well. I had many reports from teachers over the weekend telling me they can't save assessments or assignments to the class page. Our tickets have gone unanswered so far. I'm hoping we receive a formal update later today.
The weekend thing does not help. I think its time PowerSchool (given how big it is getting) figure out some 24/7 support system given the growing range of timezones and schedules that schools follow. For a school like us to have something fail on a Thursday evening and not have any support or help until Monday evening (or even Tuesday morning...depending on whether someone responds on Friday or not) is absolutely outrageous. That is close to a week of issues. Some innovative solutions need to be thought of.
We are having a similar issue. It appears that there's a problem syncing changes. Sometimes they go through, and somtimes they don't.
It's driving us a bit nuts too.
Can totally relate. The worse part isnt even the solution coming in on time but the lack of any communcation or window within which such issues are resolved. A company that is acquiring global stakeholders cant afford to work on a Mon- Friday US timezone is all I am saying. Even a 24 hour window for basic communicaton of what has happened regardless of where you are in the world should be the norm.
Sincerely hope some communication comes out before our school day begins tomorrow.

Note: this is not a formatting issue. This is much deeper than a formatting issue and is directly impacting broad system functionality.
Published content is failing to appear for students. There also appears to be an issue that classes cannot be activated. Any change to page publishing status or adding content to a page can result in the content failing to display.
We've had to ask teachers to put a halt to editing their PSL pages. Unfortunately we now have an entire biology course that is now stuck as "inactive" and tons of pages that should be published, but now are stuck in a weird published/unpublished limbo.
Please escalate this quickly! Teachers and students CANNOT use some classes.
