Google drive picker window not showing when choosing the "Attach from Google Drive" button in Add Assignment, OR choosing a Google Drive document as a Drive block. The popup window is just blank. Please see the attached screenshots for your reference. This is a big problem for our workflow which needs an immediate fix as it's a system-wide or school-wide issue.
Please let me what can be done for this issue.
I came in this morning to two teachers with the same issue.
Is it fixed? I checked status.powerschool and it doesn't mention any issues from last night.
I reached out to the support team and they replied that they are actively investigating the issue. There is a notification banner on powerschool learning pages regarding the same.
We are aware of the issue occurring while attempting to attach from Google Drive, using the button "Attach from Google Drive" or "Pick from Google Drive" a blank screen is showing up in Google Chrome with an error message. Our development team is investigating this further to troubleshoot the cause. We appreciate your patience while we are working on a resolution. We recommend working with the PowerSchool SIS Support team for further updates.
