We are an Office365 district. We are seeing that when a teacher uploads a file from onedrive it is actually a link to the file and access is restricted to students. The same when a student uploads an assignment form OneDrive to the teacher. Does anyone else encounter this? What is the proper workflow that should be happening?

Especially, in the case of any error message or unexpected behaviour result. Support will be able to test and troubleshoot to determine the actual cause.
