Our high school teachers would like to create a master assessment calendar for each grade level displaying the assignments form all course in the master calendar for that grade. Is it possible?
Thanks in advance

Currently, there is not a master calendar feature within PowerSchool Learning. Teachers can manually create a calendar in Google then add the Google calendar to their classes.
I have submitted a feature request to the PowerSchool Learning Product Team on your behalf to review the ability to add an automated master schedule for teachers in PowerSchool Learning.
Our school is currently endeavoring to do the same thing. We currently have teachers post all graded assignments in PSL so that students can see their upcoming work, but there is no way for teachers to have a unified view of what other assessments are being assigned. For this reason, we are using a separate google calendar for assessment by grade, but this requires teachers to add the assessment in both places and causes confusion if there is a schedule change and it is only reflected in one place.
This could also be extremely beneficial for our learning support teachers who deal with a variety of students accross mutliple grade levels and study tracks.
Andrew articulated this issue very clearly.
The only way to make this work through PSL at the moment is to give teachers the ability to shadow students so they can view the student calendar. This has limited use because not every student sees every assessment so an interested teacher must shadow multiple students and then manually integrate any assessments they see into a master list.
A method for publishing assessments to a master calendar would be a great feature.
Thank you for sharing your support on the feature request! I have shared the emphasis regarding the feature request to the PowerSchool Product Team.
Master assessment calendar is not a current functionality in PowerSchool Learning. I have added my emphasis on the existing feature request. However, the Class Calendar could be shared via an iCal link and using that link in another calendar program might accomplish the requirement of a master schedule. The knowledge-base article below has more information on this topic.
