LMS Imports fail

Our sis to lms imports starting failing a few weeks ago.  It worked after the rollover (end of year process) and all of a sudden stopped. Error in lms says "Pulling data failed". Log files doesn't show why. The issue has been sent up to the developers, its been several days and its still failing. Any body ever run into this and know the fix? Thanks.

Thank you for reporting the failure of your LMS import.  I see you have opened a case with PowerSchool Learning Support who is looking into this further.  PowerSchool Learning Support will be able to look into your district's imports to help find a resolution.  Please share your resolution with the Community in case other users have the same experience.

thanks, we are thinking it is a certificate mismatch between our self hosted sis and the hosted lms. We had recently renewed it. Just sent development the cert files, hopefully that fixes it.

Have they found a resolution to this? If so, can you share? We are experiencing the same thing. It worked on the day of our rollover and stopped pulling data on the evening import.

After our rollover, I had to go into the lms and approve the new import the next day. Ours is set that if there is a large amount of changes (which happens after a rollover) the import must be approved first. 

 

Our stopped importing a couple weeks later for some reason no one can tell us yet. Already hearing from teachers/students/parents.
