When we set up PS, we labelled our elementary school as school 1 and our high school as school 2. We are getting ready to submit EIS (government reports in Canada) and it is drawing those numbers for the reports instead of our actual school number 12XX for example. Is there a way to fix this without it affecting other things and if so, how??
There are Designated Support Contacts within each district that can assist you with how-to questions and troubleshooting steps for PowerSchool products. I recommend reaching out to the Designated Support Contacts who should be able to assist you in changing the school number and can work with PowerSchool Support when further assistance is needed.
